Job Summary

Seeking a hands-on Java Full Stack Lead Developer to lead development efforts while contributing to design, coding, troubleshooting, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications. The role focuses on modern Java, microservices, cloud-native development, and frontend technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Java applications and microservices.

• Build RESTful APIs using Spring Boot.

• Develop and deploy containerized applications using Docker.

• Implement event-driven solutions using Kafka and message queues.

• Optimize application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in code reviews, testing, and Agile delivery.

• Provide technical leadership while remaining actively involved in development.

Must-Have Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on Java development experience; Java 21+ preferred.

• Strong expertise in Spring Boot and microservices architecture.

• Experience with Angular 19+ and RxJS.

• Hands-on experience with Docker and cloud-native applications.

• Strong knowledge of Kafka and message queue technologies.

• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.

• Advanced SQL skills, including query optimization, joins, stored procedures, and database design.

• Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Windsurf.

• Proficiency with Git, Agile methodologies, and software development best practices.

• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Requirements

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

• Knowledge of JUnit, Mockito, and automated testing frameworks.

• Experience with enterprise-scale financial services applications.
