Job Description:
Insight Global is seeking an HR Administrator for a top agricultural and manufacturing industry client.

This candidate will support the organization's HR Operations team through the administration of the SuccessFactors Employee Central HRIS platform. The role will focus heavily on position management, employee data maintenance, compliance audits, and manager support within the HR system. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable handling sensitive employee information.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with administrative or HR experience who is looking to gain additional exposure to HRIS systems, HR Operations, and process improvement initiatives within a large enterprise environment.

: $15-20/hr
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
