Job Description:

We are looking for a Product Owner with 5-6 years of experience in Agile product delivery and business analysis. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and product leadership to define product vision, manage priorities, and deliver high-quality digital solutions.

Responsibilities:

·         Own and manage the product backlog.

·         Gather business requirements and convert them into user stories with clear acceptance criteria.

·         Prioritize backlog items based on business value and customer needs.

·         Collaborate with engineering, QA, UX, and business stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.

·         Participate in Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.

·         Track delivery progress and remove blockers.

·         Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production releases.

·         Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for product improvements.

·         Use SQL to validate data and support business analysis when required.

·         Create functional documentation, process flows, and product documentation.

·         Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.

Required Skills:

·         5-6 years of Product Owner or Business Analyst experience.

·         Strong Agile/Scrum experience.

·         Experience managing product backlogs in Jira.

·         Ability to write User Stories and Acceptance Criteria.

·         Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

·         Experience working with cross-functional technical teams.

·         SQL knowledge for data analysis and validation.

·         Experience with Jira and Confluence.

·         Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

·         Experience working in Banking or Financial Services.

·         Knowledge of digital products or customer-facing applications.

·         Experience with APIs, data integration, or reporting projects.

·         Exposure to Google BigQuery or cloud data platforms is a plus.

Nice to Have:

·         CSPO or SAFe Product Owner certification.

·         Experience working with enterprise-scale Agile teams.
