Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of IT experience with at least 3+ years as a Product Owner or Product Manager.
• Strong experience in the Banking or Financial Services industry.
• Hands-on experience working with the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud preferred).
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and managing product backlogs using Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams.
