The Role • Deliver expert vehicle maintenance and diagnostic services directly to customers at their location, providing a first-class service without traditional garage constraints. • Handle a variety of tasks including servicing, diagnostics, repairs, and routine checks on a range of light vehicles. • Manage your own stock, complete essential reporting, and maintain clear customer communication to represent the company with pride. • Work independently, making sound decisions and solving problems on-the-spot for diverse customer needs and vehicle issues. • Represent the company as the face of the brand during customer interactions, embodying professionalism and excellent service. • Operate from a dedicated a leading employer in this sector van, equipped with all necessary tools and diagnostic equipment. What You'll Need • Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent. • At least 2 years of hands-on experience as a vehicle technician working with a range of light vehicles. • A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 penalty points. • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers effectively and provide advice. • Proactive problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work autonomously. • A commitment to delivering high-quality service and representing the brand positively. What's On Offer • Competitive base salary of £40,170, with on-target earnings up to £52,000 through bonuses and overtime. • 40-hour working week with flexible core hours and optional guaranteed overtime. • Provision of an a leading employer in this sector van, fuel card, uniform, and essential tools/diagnostic kit. • 23 days of holiday per year, rising to 25 with service, plus bank holidays.
