Job description:

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and support enterprise applications using Java Spring Boot and Microservices.
• Build and maintain REST APIs and event-driven solutions using Kafka
• Develop responsive UI applications using Angular or React
• Participate in application design, code reviews, and technical discussions
• Implement CICD pipelines and support cloud native deployments
• Collaborate with Business, QA, DevOps, and Architecture teams in Agile environments
• Troubleshoot production issues and mentor junior developers

Required Skills

• Kafka (mandatory), MQ, RabbitMQ

• AWS Cloud exposure

Preferred Skills

• Banking, Capital Markets, or Payments domain experience
• Experience with cloud native architectures
• Knowledge of AI-assisted development tools: GitHub, Copilot, Cursor, Windsurf
• Exposure to monitoring tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, or ELK

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
• Strong hands-on development experience with the ability to lead technical delivery.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ideal profile: Senior Java FSD with strong Microservices, Kafka, Angular, React, Cloud, and DevOps experience capable of contributing as a hands-on developer while providing technical leadership on BFSI transformation programs.
