Job Description

Job Title: Enterprise Program Manager
Location: 4 Locations- Jacksonville, FL OR Charlotte, NC OR Lewisville, TX OR Irvine, CA (Must support EST Timings)
Duration: 6 months – extension based on business needs
On-site: 5 days in office
 
Description:
Lead enterprise-level programs and portfolios of related projects across technology and non-technology initiatives.
Develop comprehensive program execution strategies in partnership with portfolio leads and stakeholders.
Manage programs from initiation and planning through execution, delivery, and closure.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, technology, operations, and external vendors.
Develop holistic project plans covering milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and timelines.
Identify critical program dependencies and drive timely resolution of project decisions.
Organize project teams and assign responsibilities based on program requirements.
Determine resource requirements and ensure appropriate staffing for successful delivery.
Develop and manage program budgets in collaboration with Finance and business stakeholders.
Track project financials, actuals, forecasts, and budget variances.
Monitor program progress and provide accurate status reporting to leadership.
Identify, assess, and proactively manage program risks, issues, and dependencies.
Prepare executive-level presentations, dashboards, and reporting materials.
Lead steering committee meetings and communicate program status to senior executives.
Serve as a liaison between cross-functional leadership teams and project stakeholders.
Build strong relationships across business and technology organizations to drive alignment.
Oversee project management vendor resources and ensure quality of deliverables.
Support vendor management, contract negotiations, and third-party project coordination.
Ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, and within approved budgets.
Apply Agile project management methodologies throughout program planning and execution.
Lead transformation initiatives and enterprise-wide organizational change programs.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Scrum Masters, business leaders, and technology teams.
Promote effective communication and stakeholder engagement throughout the program lifecycle.
Ensure compliance with EPMO policies, standards, methodologies, and procedures.
Demonstrate strong understanding of complex, cross-functional financial services environments.
Banking or financial services industry experience is highly preferred.
PMP, PGMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent Agile certification is required.
15+ years of program/project management experience required; 20+ years preferred.
Experience leading large-scale enterprise transformation programs is strongly preferred.
Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
