Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager - AI & IT Infrastructure to lead and manage strategic technology programs across infrastructure modernization, cloud transformation, AI adoption, and digital innovation initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical expertise, program management capabilities, and business acumen to successfully deliver complex projects while aligning technology outcomes with organizational goals. The candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and leadership, ensuring successful execution of programs from strategy through implementation and value realization.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

• Master\'s degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.

• PMP, PRINCE2, PgMP, Agile, Scrum, ITIL, or SAFe certifications preferred. 

• 10-12 years of overall IT experience.

• Minimum 5+ years managing enterprise-wide programs or portfolios.

• Proven experience managing Infrastructure Transformation projects.

• Hands-on exposure to AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, or Intelligent Automation initiatives.

• Strong experience in Cloud Platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform).

Key Responsibilities: Program & Project Leadership

• Drive end-to-end delivery of large-scale IT Infrastructure and AI-enabled transformation programs.

• Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets.

• Establish governance frameworks, program roadmaps, milestones, and performance metrics.

• Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans to ensure successful program outcomes.

• Lead executive-level status reviews and steering committee meetings. AI & Digital Transformation

• Lead AI and Generative AI initiatives including use case identification, feasibility assessment, implementation, and adoption.

• Collaborate with Data Science, AI Engineering, and Infrastructure teams to deploy scalable AI solutions.

• Drive AI-powered automation opportunities to improve operational efficiency and service delivery.

• Stay updated on emerging AI technologies, trends, and industry best practices. IT Infrastructure Management

• Oversee infrastructure transformation initiatives including:

o Cloud Migration (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform)

o Data Center Modernization

o Network & Security Programs

o End User Computing

o IT Service Management (ITSM)

o Infrastructure Automation

• Ensure infrastructure solutions meet security, compliance, availability, and scalability requirements. Business & Stakeholder Management

• Partner with business leaders to understand strategic objectives and translate them into technology initiatives.

• Manage relationships with executive stakeholders, customers, vendors, and delivery partners.

• Build business cases, ROI models, and transformation roadmaps.

• Ensure alignment between business expectations and technical execution. Financial & Vendor Management

• Manage program budgets, forecasting, resource planning, and cost optimization initiatives.

• Evaluate and manage technology vendors, contracts, and service delivery commitments.

• Drive procurement support and commercial negotiations where required. Team Leadership

• Lead cross-functional teams comprising Infrastructure Architects, Project Managers, Engineers, AI Specialists, and Business Analysts.

• Mentor project leads and drive a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

• Promote Agile, DevOps, and modern delivery methodologies across programs.
