The Role

• Independently perform planning CT scans in radiation therapy with precision and a patient-centered approach.
• Meticulously document tumor illnesses in the cancer registry for quality assurance.
• Manage and administer patient records, and prepare physician letters, ensuring structured communication.
• Coordinate appointment scheduling and manage pre- and post-treatment processes for efficient clinic operations.
• Assist with treatments and examinations, including blood draws, to support comprehensive patient care.

What You'll Need

• Successfully completed training as a Medical Assistant (MFA) with CT qualification.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with medical terminology.
• A motivated, communicative, and team-oriented personality with a commitment to professionalism, empathy, and humanity.
• Strong initiative, sense of responsibility, organizational skills, and the ability to maintain composure in complex situations.
• Excellent communication, flexibility, openness, critical thinking abilities, and a respectful demeanor.
