The Role • Engage with inbound callers to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions. • Prepare insurance quotes, advise customers on coverage options, and finalize policy sales. • Deliver outstanding service to showcase the value of policyholder benefits. • Guide customers to protect what matters most to them, fostering a sense of security. • Contribute to a positive customer experience through expertise and genuine care. What You'll Need • High School Diploma (or equivalent) and a minimum of 2 years of customer-facing experience, OR an Associate's Degree and 1 year of customer-facing experience, OR a Bachelor's Degree and 3 months of customer-facing experience. • A passion for delivering excellent customer experiences that build trust and drive sales. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Effective problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a dynamic environment. • Proficiency with computers, including the Microsoft Office Suite. • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
