Job Description:

• Strong Hands on experience with Claude Code, implementing AI assisted solution for VB6 to Java migration, Java upgrade
• Should have experience creating reusable Skills, Prompts, Hooks, MCP and Claude Agents To chain multiple specialized agents together to handle multi-step workflows autonomously
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and orchestration tools (Kubernetes).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proactive approach to innovation.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities to support and guide development teams
• Java/J2EE Technical Lead experience
• Have strong Design pattern knowledge to work with Architecture team on design review and approvals
• Should have AWS infra knowledge on Server procurement process
