Job description:
•    Bachelor’s degree in related field
•    7+ years of Business Analyst experience with enterprise CRM and digital marketing platforms.
•    Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Data Cloud.
•    Strong understanding of automotive retail business processes, customer lifecycle, dealer ecosystems, and marketing operations.
•    Experience in requirements gathering, process modeling, stakeholder management, and Agile delivery.
•    Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage business and executive stakeholders.
•    Willingness to work from the customer location in Dearborn, Michigan. Or ready to travel to key events.

Preferred Qualifications
 •    Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
•    Knowledge of customer data platforms (CDP), personalization, analytics, and omnichannel marketing.
•    Prior experience supporting large-scale digital transformation initiatives within the automotive industry.
