Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite – 4 days/week in office, no remote
Start: Must be onsite from Day 1 
Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Analyst to support IT change initiatives and transformation programs. The candidate will help drive change adoption, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and continuous improvement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute organizational change management strategies and plans.
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis and support leadership alignment.
  • Develop and execute communication and engagement plans.
  • Perform change impact assessments and identify adoption risks.
  • Conduct training needs analysis and support training development.
  • Track and measure change adoption and effectiveness.
  • Work with multiple teams and stakeholders in a complex, matrixed IT environment.
  • Support large-scale IT transformation and adoption initiatives.
  • Apply Agile and change management principles to manage scope and adoption.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with organizational change.
  • Prepare professional presentations, reports, spreadsheets, and documentation using PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Promote continuous improvement, adaptability, and a culture of learning.

Required Skills:

  • 3–5+ years of IT Change Management experience, including 2–3 years focused on IT initiatives.
  • Experience managing large-scale IT change initiatives.
  • Experience working across multiple teams/departments and complex organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of OCM methodologies and change management processes.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with change impact analysis, training, communications, and adoption measurement.
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities independently.
  • Strong MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

Preferred Certifications:

  • Prosci / Change Management Certification
  • ADDIE / SAM
  • PMP

Important: Candidates must be willing to work onsite in Downtown Houston 4 days per week with no remote option and must provide written confirmation of Day 1 onsite availability.
