DAS Support

Immediate need for a talented DAS Support. This is a 06+ Months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Columbus, OH (Hybrid). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $40 - $42/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate installation and maintenance projects for wireless networks.
• Manage vendors, integrators, and telecom carriers, ensuring compliance with SLAs and contract management.
• Oversee project coordination, site onboarding, and commissioning processes.
• Utilize ITSM tools for inventory and reporting.
• Read and interpret RF designs, coverage maps, and technical documentation.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in wireless, telecom, or in-building coverage, with exposure to DAS, small cells, or carrier infrastructure.
• Working knowledge of DAS architectures and RF fundamentals (passive, active, hybrid; cellular bands; 4G/5G).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Certifications such as CWNA, iBwave, or vendor DAS training (Corning, CommScope, Comba, or similar).
• Experience with public safety DAS and ERRCS requirements.
• Familiarity with neutral host or multi-carrier DAS models.
• Understanding of private 5G and CBRS.
• ITIL Foundation or PMP/PRINCE2 certification.
• Experience with vendor management frameworks and commercial or procurement processes
