iOS Technical Lead

StellarMettle is seeking an experienced iOS developer to serve as a technical lead for the development and ongoing support of mobile applications. This role will be hands-on with application development while also helping establish engineering standards, troubleshoot production issues, and guide technical decisions across the team.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain native iOS applications.
• Build new features and integrate RESTful APIs.
• Define development standards, architecture, and best practices.
• Troubleshoot issues across development, UAT, and production.
• Optimize application performance, reliability, memory, UI, and network usage.
• Monitor application health and performance using observability tools.
• Work with architects and cross-functional teams on technical requirements, design, and releases.
• Provide technical guidance to developers and contribute to solution discussions.
• Maintain technical documentation and support continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional iOS development experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Swift, SwiftUI, UIKit, Core Data, Core Animation, Core Graphics, iOS SDK
• Xcode and CLI tools, including mobile CI/CD pipelines
• Clean Architecture and VIPER
• RESTful APIs and Git
• Apple UI/UX and Human Interface Guidelines
• Automated testing and debugging
• Mobile application performance optimization
