The Role

• Provide service-oriented patient transport, ensuring safety and comfort for patients via walking, wheelchair, or bed.
• Coordinate transport requests, prioritize needs, and collaborate effectively with clinical departments.
• Ensure the functionality and safety of all transport equipment.
• Offer empathetic and clear communication to enhance the patient experience.
• Support the efficient operation of the hospital by reliably managing and executing all transport processes.

What You'll Need

• Completed training as a healthcare and nursing assistant (m/f/d) with at least a 1-year program, or equivalent qualification.
• A high degree of responsibility and a commitment to patient well-being.
• An empathetic personality with strong teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and workflows.
