The Role

• Implementing active basic and specialized nursing care.
• Executing documentation and care planning processes.
• Providing consultation to care recipients and their families.
• Assisting residents in structuring their daily lives.
• Ensuring and advancing quality assurance measures in care.

What You'll Need

• Qualified as a geriatric nurse, general or pediatric nurse, or specialist nurse.
• High degree of flexibility and empathy.
• Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork skills.
• Ability to adapt to varying patient needs.
