This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced consultant to take ownership of a warm primary desk within a successful and established education recruitment agency.

Previous education recruitment experience is essential.

We are specifically looking for consultants who have already worked within education recruitment and understand the primary school market.

This is an opportunity for an experienced consultant - not someone looking to move into recruitment from another sector.

The Role

As the successful consultant, you will take ownership of a warm primary education recruitment desk, developing existing relationships while identifying opportunities to grow your client base and candidate network.

You will be responsible for:

• Managing and developing existing school relationships
• Growing your primary education client base
• Recruiting high-quality teachers and support staff
• Developing strong candidate relationships
• Business development and account management
• Managing the full recruitment process
• Working towards and exceeding billing targets
• Maintaining the high standards expected from Tradewind Recruitment

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in education recruitment - essential
• Experience within primary education recruitment would be highly advantageous
• A demonstrable history of strong recruitment billings
• Proof of previous billings will be required
• Strong business development and relationship-management skills
• Excellent knowledge of the education recruitment market
• Commercially driven and target-focused
• Professional, organised and proactive
• Ambitious and motivated to succeed
• Someone who takes pride in delivering a high-quality service
