Description
Job Summary:
Seeking a Senior Project Controls Analyst to support project cost, schedule, forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis. The role will work closely with Project Managers and stakeholders to monitor project performance, identify risks and variances, and support project planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and analyze project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow plans.
Prepare monthly and weekly cost, schedule, and project performance reports.
Monitor cost and schedule variances and recommend corrective actions.
Track project milestones, risks, changes, and project documentation.
Support project estimates, business cases, change orders, accruals, and financial closeout.
Provide dashboards, reports, and data analysis to support business decisions.
Work with Project Managers, contractors, and stakeholders on project controls activities.
Support databases, reporting systems, process improvements, and ad-hoc financial analysis.
Monitor forecasting performance using financial tools such as SAP/BW.

Required Skills:

Strong project controls experience with cost, schedule, and forecasting.
Experience with project controls tools and data analytics.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Financial analysis, budgeting, and variance analysis experience.
Experience with project documentation and reporting.
Strong Excel/data analysis skills; SAP/BW experience is a plus.

Equipment:

Client laptop provided. PPE and other required equipment are vendor-provided.

Compensation:
The hourly rate for this position is $80.00 per hour.
