The Role

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable software solutions to meet evolving user requirements.
• Write and maintain comprehensive unit, integration, and automated tests to ensure high software quality.
• Actively troubleshoot and resolve software defects and production issues to maintain system reliability.
• Break down complex epics and stories into manageable technical tasks with accurate estimations.
• Monitor and manage cloud infrastructure, focusing on cost, performance, and security within AWS.
• Explore and integrate AI capabilities to enhance code quality, deployment processes, and drive innovation.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline with 4+ years of experience, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years of experience designing and developing web applications.
• 4+ years of experience building and deploying applications in a cloud environment (preferably AWS).
• Proficiency in at least one of the following: Python, Java, or React.js.
• Proven experience using Git or similar version control systems.
• Demonstrated experience mentoring junior engineers and promoting best practices.
