Senior Director, Regional Head of Investment Operations EMEA & Asia Pacific - Meredith Brown Associates

Our client, a highly regarded global investment firm, is looking for an exceptional operations leader to take ownership of its EMEA and Asia Pacific Investment Operations function.

Joining the senior operations leadership group, you will own the operational processes that support clients across the regions, partnering with the front office, and leading a high performing team, all underpinned by robust data, reporting and technology. You will work closely with global leadership to deliver a consistent, high-quality client experience, and help drive the next phase of growth and transformation.

What You Will Do

1. Lead and develop the regional operations teams through a period of significant growth.
2. Oversee client data and the technology platforms supporting regional operations.
3. Strengthen processes, procedures and controls, partnering with senior management to deliver meaningful change.
4. Collaborate with global leadership and regional counterparts to ensure consistent delivery worldwide.

What You Will Bring

1. Approximately 15+ years of relevant experience, with a strong record in people leadership and development.
2. Deep alternative asset management expertise across hedge funds, private equity, private credit and secondaries.
3. Knowledge of the full transaction lifecycle, client performance reporting, client onboarding, client reporting, and respective operational compliance procedures.
4. Proven project and change management capability, with experience leading teams through transformation.
5. A strategic mindset and a passion for improving the client experience across diverse regulatory and cultural environments.
