Remote Adviser Onboarding & Integration Specialist

Perpetual Wealth Management is seeking an experienced Integration Analyst on a 12-month contract to support onboarding and integration of newly appointed advisers into Perpetual Private. You will coordinate onboarding milestones and ensure a seamless adviser start.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in wealth management, experience in adviser onboarding or project coordination, and familiarity with the regulatory framework for retail financial advice; Salesforce or Xplan knowledge is a plus.
