Job Description
Pathify is seeking a Customer Success Engineer to provide high quality technical support for the Pathify platform from Australia (remote). You will join the US support team with potential UK expansion, and help with go-live adoption, integration, and onboarding.
As a founding APAC CSE, you will troubleshoot complex issues, support SAML SSO configurations, and collaborate with Sales on scoping implementations. The role requires comfort with Zoom/onsite meetings and cross functional teamwork.
