Night Shift : Customer Service/Sales

Our office is rapidly growing, and we are looking to train the right individual to fit right into our agency. Our Customer Service and Sales Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our current clients and new prospects. This position is a corner-stone of the agency and is vital to our future growth and earnings. We provide an "essential" service in these tough times.

We are a premier agency specializing in Home, Life, Auto and Business insurance. We take our job seriously and tailor our clients’ policies to their needs. We care, and it shows in our results. Insurance industry or agency experience and knowledge is not required but would be a greater benefit relating to customers in the beginning for this position. Process customer policy change requests.

• Handle all incoming claim calls from customers.
• Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
• Presents and explains insurance policy options based upon prospective client needs and their personal goals.
• High school diploma required.
• Work experience in project coordination, customer engagement and team driven environments highly preferred.
• Basic PC and basic math skills, strong analytical capability, conflict resolution skills, bilingual capabilities (preferred) and strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Be able and willing to obtain Property & Casualty Insurance and Life & Health Insurance licenses within 90 days of hire.
