Full-Time Customer Service & Sales Associate
to join our award-winning team at our new Fort Myers location!
This is an exciting opportunity to build a retail career in a fast-paced, fashion-forward environment where every day is different and exceptional service matters.
What You’ll Do
As an important part of our customer experience, you will:
Welcome customers and provide friendly, attentive service

Help shoppers find pieces they love and confidently make purchases

Share product knowledge and assist with styling when appropriate

Operate the register and process transactions accurately

Assist customers in the fitting-room area

Maintain clean, organized, and inviting merchandise displays

Showcase designer and high-end merchandise

Help replenish and organize the sales floor

Work closely with the team to keep daily operations running smoothly

The ideal candidate is:
A genuine people person who enjoys connecting with customers

Positive, professional, and dependable

Comfortable working in a busy retail environment

Efficient, accurate, and attentive to detail

Experienced with POS systems and cash handling

Willing to take initiative and help wherever needed

Full-time position

Five shifts per week

Store hours are Monday through Saturday, 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Saturday availability is required

Closed every Sunday and on major holidays
