The Role

• Perform essential operational duties such as inventory management, cleaning, and stockroom organization.

What You'll Need

• Previous experience in retail or a similar customer-facing industry, with prior leadership experience (e.g., shift lead) being an asset.
• A strong team player with a high degree of responsibility and the ability to motivate others.
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively, adapted to a fast-paced environment.
• Reliability and flexibility to work various shifts as required, in coordination with management.
