Customer Service Assistant Restaurant Associates

Restaurant Associates is looking for a friendly and enthusiasticCustomer Service Assistant to provide outstanding service in our premium hospitality environment. You'll be the face of our operation, ensuring every customer receives a warm welcome while helping to create an exceptional dining experience.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent customer service with a friendly, professional approach.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain clean, well-presented dining and service areas.
• Replenish food, drinks, and supplies throughout the day.
• Operate tills and handle transactions where required.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures.
• Support the wider team to ensure smooth daily operations.

We're looking for someone with:

• A positive, customer-focused attitude.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A proactive, flexible approach to work.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Previous hospitality, catering, or retail experience is an advantage but not essential.
• The ability to work confidently in a fast-paced environment.
