The Role

• Respond to inbound customer queries via phone, email, WhatsApp, or online chat.
• Provide advice, guidance, and solutions to meet customer needs.
• Accurately record all customer interactions and transactions on their industry-leading system.
• Process documentation resulting from customer contacts.
• Support other business areas with various projects.
