The Role

  • Respond to inbound customer queries via phone, email, WhatsApp, or online chat.
  • Provide advice, guidance, and solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Accurately record all customer interactions and transactions on their industry-leading system.
  • Process documentation resulting from customer contacts.
  • Support other business areas with various projects.

What You'll Need

  • First-class customer service skills with a natural ability to provide excellent service.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions quickly and accurately, with confidence to ask for clarification.
  • Good organisational skills with the ability to work to deadlines.
