AEP (Adobe Experience Platform) QA Analyst

We are looking for an experienced QA Analyst with strong hands-on experience in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), CRM integrations, and Marketo migrations. The role focuses on validating end-to-end customer data flows, marketing journeys, integrations, and migration activities.

Key Responsibilities

Perform end-to-end QA testing across AEP and AJO, including customer data, profiles, audiences, journeys, and campaigns. Validate AEP XDM schemas, datasets, identity resolution, Real-Time Customer Profiles, audience segmentation, and destinations. Test AJO journeys and campaigns, including triggers, conditions, branching, personalization, scheduling, and suppression rules. Perform integration testing across CRM, AEP, AJO, Marketo, APIs, and upstream/downstream systems. Support CRM-to-Marketo migration testing and validate migrated customer and marketing data.

Perform source-to-target data validation, reconciliation, field mapping, data transformation, and business rule validation. Validate Marketo-CRM synchronization, lead updates, campaign triggers, lifecycle changes, and marketing workflows. Perform API and backend testing using Postman and SQL, including JSON payload and API response validation. Create and execute functional, integration, migration, regression, and end-to-end test scenarios. Track and manage defects using JIRA or Azure DevOps.

Collaborate with business teams, product owners, developers, marketing teams, and technical stakeholders to support UAT and resolve issues.
