Job Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Software QA / Manual Testing.

• Strong experience in Functional, Regression, Integration, System, Smoke, and Sanity Testing.

• Experience creating and executing test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts.

• Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC.

• Experience with defect identification, tracking, and reporting.

• Hands-on experience with Jira, HP ALM, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.

• Experience testing web-based and enterprise applications.

• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology.

• Ability to analyze business and functional requirements.

• Experience performing end-to-end testing.

• Strong documentation and reporting skills.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and prepare test scenarios and test cases.

• Execute manual test cases and document results.

• Perform functional, regression, integration, smoke, and end-to-end testing.

• Identify, document, and track defects.

• Retest defects after fixes and perform regression testing.

• Work closely with developers, business analysts, and project teams.

• Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings.

• Prepare test execution and defect reports.

• Ensure applications meet business and functional requirements.

Candidates must be local to Dallas, TX and available for a Face-to-Face interview.

This is an onsite position in Dallas, TX.
