Job Description

Oracle Fusion HCM Solution Architect and Talent Management
Contract to hire
Houston, Texas
Summary:
This role requires an individual who can act as the overall HCM Solution Architect for the program while simultaneously owning and delivering the Talent Management workstream end-to-end. The candidate must be comfortable providing executive-level solution leadership while remaining hands-on with Talent Management configuration and implementation activities.
Experience
  1. 11-15+ years of HCM experience with at least 6+ years in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud and 4 + end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementation projects, including 2+ Talent Management implementations.
  2. Proven experience serving as the Lead Solution Architect on Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.
  3. Strong Oracle Talent Management functional expertise with multiple successful Talent implementations.
  4. Ability to oversee multiple HCM workstreams while maintaining hands-on ownership of the Talent Management track.
  5. Capable of independently driving solution decisions, governance, and implementation delivery across the HCM program.
  6. Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing consulting skills with the ability to work effectively across business and technical teams.
