Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Membership/Administrative Coordinator , with on average 1 day working in Greater London.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised Communications, Membership & Administrative Coordinator to join our growing team.
This varied role combines communications, membership support, event coordination, and administration. You will play a key role in supporting NAPC's membership community, delivering engaging communications, coordinating webinars and events, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities
Membership Support
· Act as a first point of contact for members, understand their interests and help connect them with relevant NAPC activity.
· Maintain accurate membership records and databases.
· Support membership onboarding and renewal processes.
· Respond to member enquiries and provide excellent customer service.
· Assist with member communications, newsletters, events, and updates.
· Work closely with members and stakeholders to promote NAPC programmes and initiatives.
Events & Programmes
· Coordinate webinars, workshops, conferences, and virtual events.
· Create and deliver promotional campaigns for events and programmes.
· Support event logistics, registrations, speaker coordination, and attendee communications.
· Develop case studies and programme stories showcasing impact and outcomes.
Administration & Operations
· Manage shared inbox correspondence and respond to routine enquiries.
· Coordinate schedules, meetings, and diaries for executives and project teams.
· Prepare agendas, meeting notes, action logs, and supporting documentation.
· Produce reports, performance statistics, and board papers.
· Support day-to-day operational and administrative activities across the organisation.
· Assist with project coordination and team administration as required.
Communications & Engagement
· Manage NAPC's social media channels, including LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
· Create engaging digital content, including graphics, videos, articles, email newsletters, and website content.
· Schedule and publish social media and digital communications.
· Monitor and report on website and social media performance.
· Draft blogs, news articles, stakeholder updates, press releases, and briefing papers.
· Support internal communications and staff engagement activities.
· Ensure all communications align with NAPC's brand identity and organisational objectives.
· Identify communications opportunities, trends, and best practice to enhance engagement.

Essential Skills & Experience
· Experience in administration, communications, membership support, or a similar role.
· Strong editing, and proofreading skills.
· Experience managing social media platforms and digital content.
· Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
· Experience using virtual meeting platforms such as Teams or Zoom.
· Strong stakeholder and customer service skills.
Desirable
· Experience working in healthcare, membership organisations, charities, or not-for-profit sectors.
· Familiarity with website content management systems.
· Experience using design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
· Experience producing reports and analysing engagement data.
· Experience supporting webinars or conferences.

Salary from 27k negotiable depending on experience
