Senior Experience Designer 

Location: Pittsburgh, PA, Strongsville, OH 
Contract: W2 only, 12 month contract with potential for extension or conversion to full time with either the client or CEI
Pay: $42/hour + optional medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match

Overview

Transforms complex tasks into intuitive, accessible and easy-to-use designs through the entire experience lifecycle, from the first-time user to the expert. Leads and guides the discovery of customer and business needs through contextual inquiries, generative and quantitative research. Uncovers customer latent needs and creates vision to meet those needs. Sets the design direction and strategy. Communicates the initiative and product to others, through user journeys, storyboards, prototypes, wireframes and other materials. Sets the direction for usability of new and existing products, makes adjustments to align with shifting customer expectations. Establish research methods and strategies, conduct studies, and present findings that will inform improvements in the customer experience.

• Lead Experience Design for digital initiatives supporting web & mobile - 8yrs Experience working between a Product Owner or Product Manager and Development Staff
• Expert Level Figma 5+yrs
• Prototyping Requirement Gathering & Analysis
• Expert: User Experience UX Collaboration User Experience
• Previous Banking/Investment/Financial Institution - 3yrs
• Agile Methodologies
• Design with AI Flex Skills
• Capable of moving seamlessly between iterative prototyping and enterprise application development and support.
• Front End Development
• Soft Skills: Problem Solving & Critical Thinking

• Capable of moving seamlessly between iterative prototyping and enterprise application development and support.
• Strong collaboration skills.
• Experience with digital user experience in financial institutions.
• Knowledge of data visualization, JavaScript, IT architecture, wireframing, and business requirements documentation.
