Job Description

Business Analyst – Healthcare
Remote
 

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with 5–6 years of healthcare domain experience, particularly across Member, Provider, and Claims. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Understand business problems and translate them into clear business and technical requirements.  
  • Leverage AI tools such as Windsurf and GitHub Copilot to generate, review, and refine technical specifications.  
  • Create and maintain product roadmaps aligned with business objectives.  
  • Collaborate with BSAs and product teams to refine user stories and acceptance criteria.  
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and effectively implemented.  
  • Apply AI tools to improve analysis, documentation, and overall product development efficiency.  

Required Skills: 

  • 5–6 years of Business Analysis experience in Healthcare.  
  • Strong experience with Member, Provider, and Claims processes.  
  • Technical aptitude with the ability to understand and review technical specifications.  
  • Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development/productivity tools such as Windsurf, GitHub Copilot, or similar.  

Experience with user stories, product roadmaps, and requirements gathering.
