We are seeking a dedicated Pneumologist to join a leading healthcare provider in Schleswig-Holstein, part of a national network known for its comprehensive care across numerous specialties. This is an opportunity to contribute to a highly respected medical center that serves a significant patient population and acts as a teaching hospital.

The Role

• Lead the care of patients on the pneumology ward, performing diagnostic and therapeutic bronchoscopies, including EBUS and cryo-biopsy.
• Conduct thoracic sonography, including drainage procedures and biopsies.
• Initiate and manage non-invasive ventilation therapies in collaboration with respiratory therapists.
• Participate in interdisciplinary tumor boards for lung and thoracic cancers, and engage in on-call and consultation services.
• Contribute to the training and supervision of medical and nursing staff.

What You'll Need

• Completed specialist training in Internal Medicine or Pneumology.
• Proficiency in bronchoscopic procedures is desirable, with opportunities for training in EBUS and Cone Beam CT available.
• Strong interpersonal skills, team orientation, and a commitment to continuous learning and supervision.
• demonstrated ability to collaborate across disciplines and drive the advancement of the department.
