ERP Project Manager

Contract to Perm opening for an ERP Project Manager to lead the day-to-day delivery of enterprise ERP implementations and upgrades. This individual will coordinate business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and governance partners to keep complex initiatives on schedule, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

*This role is onsite in Dallas, TX*

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of ERP projects

• Manage schedules, budgets, resources, milestones, RAID logs, dependencies, decisions, and status reporting

• Coordinate product, architecture, development, testing, change, deployment, and support teams

• Partner with global business and technology stakeholders

• Lead change-management efforts and promote user adoption

• Manage multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously

• Use Jira to maintain delivery visibility and accountability

Requirements:

• 7+ years of project management experience

• Proven delivery of enterprise ERP implementations or upgrades

• 2+ recent years leading ERP initiatives within warehouse, supply-chain, distribution, or manufacturing environments

• Experience across areas such as Order to Cash, manufacturing, finance, inventory, warehousing, and supply chain

• Experience working with global stakeholders and offshore teams

• Strong background managing project plans, budgets, RAID logs, dependencies, decision logs, and executive reporting

• Strong communication, facilitation, vendor-management, and stakeholder-management skills

• Jira experience

Preferred:

• PMP certification

• ITIL certification
