Senior Solution Architect Google Cloud Platform & Conversational AI (Remote)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, high-performance enterprise chat and conversational AI platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) architecture expertise, hands-on experience with Dialogflow, conversational AI, and enterprise contact center integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture for enterprise chat platforms, AI agents, and virtual assistants.

• Design scalable, highly available, low-latency cloud-native solutions using Google Cloud Platform services, including Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, Firestore, and BigQuery.

• Drive integrations with Dialogflow, Gemini Enterprise for Customer Experience (GECX), and Genesys contact center platforms.

• Guide engineering teams on TypeScript, Node.js, distributed systems, API integrations, and cloud architecture best practices.

• Define technical requirements, security standards, CI/CD, monitoring, and observability strategies.

• Provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 5+ years of IT experience, including architecture, software engineering, or cloud infrastructure.

• Strong Google Cloud Platform architecture and cloud-native solution design experience.

• Experience with Dialogflow, conversational AI, chatbots, or AI agents.

• Proficiency in TypeScript and/or Node.js.

• Strong understanding of distributed systems, scalability, security, and enterprise integrations.

• Excellent technical leadership and stakeholder communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Dialogflow CX, GECX, Genesys, and IVA Voice.

• Terraform, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, and observability experience.

• Healthcare or health insurance industry experience.

• Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect certification.
