Location: Cary, NC (Onsite)

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled .NET Lead with strong expertise in AWS cloud technologies to drive the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications. This role requires hands-on technical leadership, architectural decision-making, and mentoring of development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end application development using .NET Core / ASP.NET Core / C#.

• Architect and implement scalable solutions leveraging AWS services (Lambda, S3, API Gateway, RDS, IAM).

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and translate them into robust solutions.

• Guide and mentor developers, ensuring adherence to best practices in coding, design, and cloud deployment.

• Oversee integration of REST APIs, microservices, and modern front-end frameworks.

• Ensure application performance, security, and reliability in cloud-native environments.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience in .NET Core / ASP.NET Core / C#.

• Proven expertise in AWS cloud services (Lambda, S3, API Gateway, RDS, IAM).

• Solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices architecture, and database concepts (SQL Server / RDBMS).

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile methodologies.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
