Job Description

 

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Functional Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with expertise in Record-to-Report (R2R) . The ideal candidate will partner with Finance, Accounting, and IT stakeholders to support, enhance, and optimize Oracle ERP and EPM solutions. This role will focus on financial close, general ledger, financial reporting, budgeting, planning, forecasting, and consolidation processes while translating business requirements into functional solutions.
The successful candidate will have strong Oracle ERP Financials experience, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to support enterprise-wide finance transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Finance, Accounting, and business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements.
  • Analyze and improve Record-to-Report (R2R) business processes using Oracle best practices.
  • Configure, support, and enhance Oracle Financials modules including:
    • General Ledger (GL)
    • Fixed Assets (FA)
    • Cash Management (CM)
    • Intercompany Accounting
    • Financial Reporting
    • Period-End and Year-End Close
