• Role: IT Project Manager (ServiceNow Specialist)

• Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

• Engagement: Long-Term Contract

🎯 What You’ll Do

• Drive ServiceNow Delivery: Manage end-to-end project timelines, scope, releases, and enhancements across the ServiceNow platform.

• Partner with Business Leads: Work directly with senior stakeholders to define key success metrics and operational insights.

• Hands-on Data & Reporting: Extract raw data and build executive-ready dashboards/reports (SLAs, KPIs, CSAT, operational trends) directly out of ServiceNow.

• Bridge Tech & Business: Translate complex technical updates into clear business language and business needs into actionable technical user stories.

• Maintain PM Discipline: Track risks, manage RAID logs, run team status meetings, and keep executive leadership informed.

✅ Must-Have Skills

• ServiceNow Expertise: Deep practical experience with ITSM, ITOM, and SPM/ITBM modules.

• Hands-On Reporting: Proven experience pulling raw data and building native dashboards in ServiceNow.

• Project Management & Agile: Strong track record leading projects using Agile/Scrum (Jira, Azure DevOps, or ServiceNow SPM) with solid RAID log and risk management discipline.

• Stakeholder Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate with senior business leads without getting bogged down in technical jargon.
