Healthcare IT Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead, plan, execute, and deliver projects supporting the PATH (Patient s Acute Technology for Hospital Services) program to customer.

PATH is a strategic healthcare technology initiative focused on developing an application that standardizes nurse documentation and supports the complete engagement process for hospital dialysis patients. The application is designed to capture treatment information digitally, support offline functionality, and integrate with clinical research and billing systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and manage project deliverables, milestones, and timelines.
• Develop project plans, define scope, and coordinate resources and budgets.
• Manage cross-functional teams and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
• Monitor project progress, resolve blockers, and ensure timely delivery.
• Identify project risks, develop mitigation plans, and escalate issues.
• Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure quality standards.

Required Qualifications

• 3 5 years of project management experience.
• Experience managing software development or IT application projects.
• Proficiency in MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Teams.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, risk, and resource management.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP certification.
• Healthcare IT or clinical application project experience.
• Experience with system integrations, clinical workflows, or mobile applications with offline capabilities.
