🔹 Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Product Test Engineer with strong expertise in Enterprise Storage, SAN environments, firmware testing, test automation, and storage lab management.

🔹 Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead the creation and maintenance of test plans for firmware and software releases.
• Develop new test cases to validate existing and upcoming product functionality.
• Create and maintain test schedules based on test plans and test cases.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance automated test suites.
• Collaborate with OEM partners, client teams, and external stakeholders to update test plans and test cases.
• Provide regular testing progress updates to program teams.
• Assist with new hardware setup and lab upgrades.
• Coordinate with onsite and offshore teams to resolve lab-related issues.
• Manage end-to-end Enterprise Storage Lab activities.
• Understand SAN components and storage environments.
• Troubleshoot SAN and storage-related issues.

• Switch Configuration
• Linux, Windows, ESXi
• Virtual System & Hardware Configuration
• Wireshark – Network Packet Debugging
• JIRA and SPIRA
• Storage Lab Management & Troubleshooting

🔹 Candidate Requirements

• 6–8 years of relevant experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in product testing, preferably data storage products.
• Experience with SAN environments, servers, and networking products.
• Proficiency in scripting and test automation.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
