Position Summary

4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Quality Assurance Analysts and Testers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for:

1. Develop and execute test cases, test scripts, and validation scenarios for data conversion and migration activities.
2. Perform source-to-target data validation, reconciliation, comparison, and quality checks using appropriate query and testing techniques.
3. Identify, document, analyze, and track data conversion defects while collaborating with development and data teams on resolution.
4. Prepare test results, validation reports, defect documentation, and other testing deliverables to support project quality and release readiness.
    

Minimum Qualifications

The position requires:

Education	Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience	4+ years of experience in software testing, data conversion testing, data migration, ETL testing, or a related quality assurance discipline.
Technical Skills	Salesforce Testing, SQL, ETL Testing, Data Migration, Data Validation, Test Case Design, Defect Management
Business / Domain Skills	Data Quality, Data Reconciliation, Migration Testing, Requirements Validation, Quality Assurance, Stakeholder Collaboration
Communication	Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
Documentation	Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.
Work Authorization	Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience supporting enterprise data migration, conversion, integration, or Salesforce-related testing initiatives.
2. Familiarity with data mapping, source-to-target validation, legacy system analysis, and data quality management practices.
