Job Summary

We are Seeking a Sales Professional with 3+ years of experience in national account sales, business development, and grocery or seafood wholesale accounts. Must have strong negotiation, account management, CRM, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth and profitability. Willingness to travel 10–15% required.

Required Qualifications

• 3 years of sales experience with national retail grocery chains or wholesale seafood accounts.
• Strong experience in:

• National account sales
• Business development
• Prospecting and cold calling
• Client presentations
• Negotiation
• Customer relationship management

• Proven experience driving sales growth, account revenue, profitability, and margins across grocery, mass merchandise, wholesale, distributor, or foodservice accounts.
• Strong account management skills and experience identifying new products, business opportunities, and growth opportunities.
• Proficiency with CRM tools; HubSpot experience is a strong plus.
• Strong communication, time management, multitasking, and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel 10–15%.
