The Role

• Conduct in-home sales presentations and product demonstrations for unique roofing solutions.
• Utilize innovative software for accurate measurements and assessments.
• Inspect homes for potential damage, including attic and ladder-based inspections.
• Negotiate and close sales to meet homeowner needs and company objectives.
• Start the day with team strategy sessions and prepare for appointments.
• Attend pre-confirmed appointments, typically starting between 1 pm and 7:30 pm.

What You'll Need

• No prior sales or construction experience required; full training will be provided.
• Availability during midday, evenings, and weekends.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with auto insurance.
• Ability to travel to and from in-home appointments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A drive to succeed and a desire for career growth.
