Enterprise Solutions Engineer

We are looking for an Enterprise Solutions Engineer to support and enhance enterprise collaboration and AI platforms in Greenwood Village, Colorado. This Long-term Contract position focuses on strengthening Microsoft 365 environments, advancing governance practices, and helping the organization scale secure, compliant solutions. The role is well suited for someone who can balance platform administration, operational support, and stakeholder collaboration while driving continuous improvement across modern workplace technologies.

Responsibilities

Strengthen governance standards and operational controls across Microsoft 365 and supported enterprise AI environments to improve security, compliance, and scalability. Configure and refine workflows using AvePoint and native Microsoft capabilities to support effective platform oversight and policy execution. Administer and enhance Microsoft Purview features such as retention, sensitivity labeling, insider risk controls, and information lifecycle processes.

Support the management of enterprise AI platforms by helping enforce policies, oversee access structures, and maintain responsible agent lifecycle practices. Investigate complex escalations and deliver advanced support across SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Entra ID, Purview, Power Platform, AvePoint, and approved AI tools. Monitor platform health, assess collaboration environments, and recommend improvements that reduce workspace sprawl and raise overall service quality. Carry out governance and administrative tasks through Microsoft 365 and related platform management consoles.

Partner with global teams to communicate changes, support adoption of new capabilities, and promote consistent implementation across regions. Develop dashboards and reporting that measure usage trends, governance effectiveness, adoption levels, and potential risk indicators to guide leadership decisions. Requirements
3-5 years of experience working with Microsoft 365 platforms, enterprise governance, or collaboration technologies. Hands-on expertise with Microsoft 365 Enterprise services, including SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.

Experience administering Microsoft Purview for information protection, retention, and compliance management. Working knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform and its role in enterprise platform operations. Practical experience with AvePoint for governance, workflow management, or platform control activities. Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide L3-level support for enterprise platforms. Strong communication, change management, and stakeholder coordination skills in a global environment. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.
