The Opportunity
$18/hr base pay + 3 performance-based bonuses
Our current earning structure means:
Team average:
$22–$35/hr
Top performers:
$35–$50/hr
Your base pay is guaranteed. Your performance creates additional earning opportunity. You'll be working with homeowners who have already expressed interest in our products, having conversations and setting qualified appointments for our outside sales team.

Make outbound calls to warm leads
Talk with homeowners about their projects
Identify opportunities
Set qualified appointments
Track your numbers
Work toward daily and monthly goals
Continuously improve your performance
