The Role

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable software solutions in a cloud-native environment.
• Write and maintain comprehensive unit, integration, and automated tests to ensure software quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex software defects and production issues.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior and mid-level engineers.
• Enhance CI/CD pipelines and monitor cloud infrastructure within AWS.
• Explore and integrate AI capabilities to drive innovation in development processes.

What You'll Need

• 4+ years of experience designing and developing web applications.
• 4+ years of experience building and deploying applications in a cloud environment (AWS preferred).
• 4+ years of proficiency in Python, Java, or React.js.
• Experience using Git or similar version control systems.
• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent practical experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor peers.
