Job Title: Talent Acquisition Business Partner – Level 2/3

Location: Remote

Client: American aerospace and defense company

Duration: 6 Month Contract

Job Summary:

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to manage full-cycle recruitment for positions ranging from hourly technicians and administrative staff to professionals, managers, and directors. The recruiter will partner with hiring managers, develop sourcing strategies, maintain candidate pipelines, and ensure timely hiring while delivering a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, qualifying, and candidate relationship management.

·       Recruit for high-volume and class-based hiring requirements across engineering, manufacturing, and operations.

·       Develop effective sourcing strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.

·       Partner with hiring managers on candidate assessment, interview techniques, and selection decisions.

·       Maintain strong candidate pipelines and improve offer acceptance rates through candidate pre-closing.

·       Build relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders to meet business hiring goals.

·       Use market intelligence, recruitment data, and sourcing tools to support hiring strategies.

·       Ensure compliance with recruiting policies and procedures.

·       Provide a smooth and positive candidate experience.

·       Travel occasionally within the U.S. for recruiting events and business needs.

Required Qualifications:

·       Level 2: Bachelor’s degree + 2 years of recruiting/sourcing experience, or Master’s degree + 1 year.

·       Level 3: Bachelor’s degree + 5 years of recruiting/sourcing experience, or Master’s degree + 3 years.

·       An additional 4+ years of experience may substitute for the degree.

·       Experience in high-volume or class-based recruiting environments.

·       Proven full-cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing and attracting talent.

·       Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

·       Ability to manage heavy call volumes and multiple requisitions.

·       Experience developing sourcing strategies for critical positions.

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

·       Willingness to travel occasionally domestically.

Preferred Qualifications:

·       Aerospace or defense industry recruiting experience.

·       Familiarity with relevant technical skills, target companies, and talent markets.

·       Experience with Workday or another ATS and Eightfold.

·       Active use of social media and digital recruitment platforms.

·       Ability to work remotely, preferably near a Northrop Grumman location.
