Business Analyst

JD:

• 8-10 + years of Business Analyst experience in enterprise platform/product initiatives
• EX-J&J experience is REQUIRED
• Strong Strategy & Discovery experience
• Enterprise Workflow Automation platforms - ServiceNow / Pega / Appian / Camunda
• OR Enterprise BI Platform Strategy - Power BI / Tableau
• Strong Stakeholder Management & workshop facilitation
• Experience working with Product Owners & Platform Architects
• Roadmaps, Capability Maps & Prioritization Frameworks
• Strong Epics & User Stories writing skills
• Ability to translate business pain points into workflow capabilities, automation, routing, approvals & case management
• Experience with BI/reporting requirements, dashboards & platform governance
• Executive-level presentations and strategy/readout decks

STRONG PLUS

• Previous J&J experience with knowledge of governance/GxP environment
• Experience across both Workflow Automation + BI platforms
• Enterprise platform strategy / roadmap experience
